🌄 Group start from the snow front
Each session starts at the snow front in Les 2 Alpes. You meet up with your instructor and your group and set off together for the slopes.
⛷️ A series of downhill runs and technical workshops
The courses combine a variety of downhill runs with targeted practical workshops on cornering, posture, speed control... with individual corrections to refine your technique at every stage.

🟢 Adult Welcome - Level 0
"I've never skied before.
This group is for absolute beginners. You'll discover your first gliding sensations, learn to put on your boots, brake and make your first turns in complete safety.
🔵 Adult 1 - Advanced beginner level
"I ski down the green and blue runs turning, with my skis parallel at the end of the turn."
You've already taken a few lessons or skied once or twice. This level allows you to reinforce the basics for more fluid, controlled skiing.
🔴 Adult 2 - Intermediate level
"I ski parallel most of the time, I vary my turns (small / large) and I'm comfortable on red runs."
You're starting to feel really comfortable on the slopes. The aim here is to improve your technique for greater ease, precision and pleasure.
⚫ Adult 3 - Advanced / Confirmed level
"I can ski everywhere, on red and black runs. I can adapt to all conditions and I want to progress in all types of snow and terrain.

Our adult group courses are available to from age 13.
From this age onwards, teenagers join groups adapted to their level and pace, in a dynamic and caring atmosphere that is different from children's classes.
There is no no age limit Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, our instructors will help you progress with pleasure.
To guarantee quality monitoring and a optimal progressionWe are voluntarily limiting the number of participants to 10 people maximum per group.

Lessons are given in French and English. Italian, Spanish and Dutch-speaking instructors are available on request.
Yes, we strongly recommend that you book in advance via our website, by telephone or by e-mail. Places are limited and last-minute bookings do not guarantee availability.
For the adult beginnersthe ski pass is not necessary on the first daybecause the first exercises take place on a free beginners' area.
In general, a package becomes useful from the 2ᵉ or 3ᵉ day of the course.
👉 For all other levels, ski pass required from day one to access slopes suited to the level of the group.

No, ski equipment is not included in our services. Each participant must come with its own equipment skis, boots, poles, helmet...
It is possible to hire your equipment in one of the many specialist shops in Les 2 Alpes.
Yes, lessons will continue whatever the weather conditions. Our instructors are trained to adapt to the weather and offer the best possible teaching conditions in complete safety. In the event of very bad conditions, they favour sheltered areas or adapted activities.
The meeting point is at the foot of the slopes, in front of the ESI St Christophe Les 2 Alpes kindergarten, well signposted.
Don't worry! At the beginning of the week, our instructors carry out a group harmonisation to ensure that levels are as uniform as possible.
This allows everyone to progress at their own pace in an adapted group.

Classes run from 9.30am to 12pm. During the school holidays, a session from 2.30pm to 5pm is also available.
